When data is no longer needed, we either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that individual farmers cannot be identified.

Local data is automatically synchronized with our secure servers when internet connectivity is available. We implement encryption and security measures to protect locally stored data on your mobile device. Surveyors can manage local data storage through the application settings, but disabling local storage may limit offline survey capabilities.

Children's Privacy

We do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
